Hunter Riley
General Contractor
Hunter was born and raised in Vineyard, Utah. His love for work started at a young age while working on his grandfather's dairy farm with his family. He served an LDS mission in Guatemala where he learned Spanish and speaks it daily with our crews.
He graduated from UVU with a B.S. in Construction Management and an A.A.S. in Building Codes in 2020. While in school he worked for an excavation company, a commercial sub-contractor, and a local home-builder. He started off sweeping floors and cleaning jobsites while learning the skills of how to successfully manage projects and read construction documents.
After graduation he continued working as a superintendent until starting Eastgate Home Company in 2021. He is a licensed B-100 General Contractor. Hunter loves building homes and being in the field with the crews. His love for what he does is seen and felt by each sub-contractor and client he works with.
Johanna Riley
Interior Designer
Johanna grew up in Farmington, Utah and from a young age she grew to love colors and decorating. While in high school she developed an interest in interior design an space planning. She continued this love into college and graduated from LDSBC in 2020 with a degree in Interior Design. While in school she worked for Four-Chairs Furniture and Design and upon gradation she worked for Ali Henrie Design in Provo, Utah. She loved every minute there and spent 3 years working on many projects growing her expertise and creativity. In June of 2023 the opportunity arose for her to join Hunter full-time working at Eastgate Home Company.

Her attention to detail, desire to be creative, and find new ideas is what sets her apart. She has designed everything from mountain modern to traditional and has a love for classic English design. In addition to her exceptional designs she is well known for her computer modeling skills and for providing superior drawings to her clients and contractors.
