Eastgate brought our vision to reality! We took a historic home, built in 1892 and transformed it! The home is listed in National Registry of Historic Houses, so preservation was key to this project. Following strict Federal and state restoration guidelines, Eastgate homes meticulously took this historic home down to the studs, preserved the charm of all original items, and made the new items fit and feel seamless resulting in an amazing finished product. Their process was smooth, communication very easy, and the whole process was a joy—the way building should be! I’ve since recommended Eastgate to friends and family and can’t wait to see how their projects turn out! Edit: Had a couple of warranty items and those were fixed a few months after turn over with no problems.
